Once you receive the guide, hit REPLY and email me with your current state and feelings *without* a morning practice. You can share things like, “I feel rushed in the morning…”, “I feel groggy,”…”I am waking up unhappy.” Etc.
Read the guide and implement these practices. Seems pretty clever, however we can’t just read and learn. Action is very much an important step in any transformation. Instead of trying all 7 tools at once, perhaps pick 1-2 to start with. The ritual, in order to be effective and provide results, does need consistency to create change in your mind and spirit.
